“Tessa” is the result of our first attempt at Artificial Insemination. We hunted for the best semen to use for Old Mountain Farm Swift Wind ~ we wanted to complement and carry on her outstanding general appearance, width, elegance, femininity, strong feet, legs and muzzle, and gorgeous front end, while improving her overall udder attachments. (Hopefully while also carrying on her superb udder texture and production!)
The buck we chose has extraordinary udders in his pedigree. He is the son of GCH Wood Bridge Farm Count On Me and GCH Phoenix Farm Ida Special Order 1*M VEEE 91. These animals are producing the phenotype I am breeding for, with extremely strong mammary systems.
