How to Enter:

  • Early Entry Discount: If received before May 1st, $18 per animal for all rings ($9 per ring). 

  • Regular entry fee: $20 per animal for all rings ($10 per ring), electronically receieved or postmarked by 5/25/24.
    Substitutions will be allowed until 5/29/24 and then entries will be closed except for scratches; day of the show substitutions allowed within the same age class only.

  • Online entries are strongly preferred: ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

*******IMPORTANT!!! CLEAN UP: Exhibitors MUST LEAVE THEIR AREA IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY FOUND IT. BRING YOUR OWN SHOVELS, ETC. Soiled bedding MUST BE DISPOSED OF of in the on-site manure pile, we MUST NOT leave piles of shavings or any trash. ***The fairground does NOT clean up for us: anything you leave behind will have to be picked up by your show committee before we can go home.*** PLEASE be considerate and clean up after yourselves!

CHECK-IN - Check-ins start at 7:30. All animals must be on the grounds by 8:45 AM. Papers will be checked until 9:00 AM

ANIMAL HEALTH
PLEASE NOTE: ANIMALS WITH DIARRHEA OR ANY SIGNS OF ILLNESS SHOULD NOT BE BROUGHT IN THE RING!
Please check your animals. You may be asked to leave.
Out of state animals – 2024 Certificate of Veterinary Inspection and Permanent Identification are required. Goats originating from TB accredited free and Brucellosis classified free status may enter the state of MA without testing.

Camping: Camping is not allowed at the fairgrounds, but there are several locations nearby. See below!

Photo Booth: We will have a special back drop available for your photo opportunity! 

Pens: This is a “trailer show”.  Bring your own pens, hay, feed and bedding. There is limited space available under the pole barns nearby. ALL BEDDING MUST BE CLEANED UP AND REMOVED TO MANURE PILE.

Food: We will have some snacks and drinks available for sale, as well as menus for local lunch delivery options.

Raffle: We will have a raffle going on during the show. If you would like to donate something please let Lorene Toth know.
