Isi was born at our farm while we were watching her dam, Old Mountain Farm Sika, for our friends at 53 Orchard Farm. Sika is the daughter of the beautiful Deldale Fawn, who is also the grand-dam of our does Old Mountain Farm MadM Mo Zell and Old Mountain Farm Jezebel. We just fell in love with Sika, with her grace and elegance and old-soul demeanor. We had to have a daughter!
Isi’s sire is the littermate brother to Wood Bridge Farm Arabella, a doe whose mammary and structural correctness we admire. We think this little girl has a lot of promise!
In honor of her grandmother, “Isi” means “fawn” in the Choktaw Native American language.
